Malaysia Airlines A380 Close Up Landing & Takeoff

Over peak periods at Melbourne Airport this year, Malaysia Airlines have upgraded 1 of their 2x daily A330 flights to Airbus A380s.

Late last week was their first appearance. It arrived on a stunning autumn’s morning onto runway 34 as MH149 along with the rest of the heavy aircraft.

After a long 6 and a half lay over, it returned to Kuala Lumpur in as MH148. Unfortunately it left when the day was at its hottest point and the heat distortions were quite strong.
