Work exchange at Beijing Airport | Finavia

Last October, five Finavia employees from different airports and units across Finland travelled for a work exchange to our sister airport Beijing Capital International Airport, which is the largest airport in Asia and the second largest airport in the world.

As more and more Chinese passengers are travelling through Finavia’s airports across Finland, the aim of the work exchange program was to allow Finavia’s employees a chance to get to know the Chinese customer service culture and the needs of the Chinese passengers in more depth.
