Emirates cabin crew sing at ChoirFest Middle East 2016

Watch the Emirates cabin crew choir ‘EKlectic’ sing their heart out to win two awards at ChoirFest Middle East 2016.

The choir, which met just a few weeks ago, were the only group to win two awards at ChoirFest Middle East 2016 for their debut performance.

Eklectic won in two categories, snatching the coveted ‘Best Corporate Choir’ and ‘Runner-up for Best Choir’ awards.

The group is composed of 10 Emirates Cabin Crew members that come from eight countries, including:

the UK, Ireland, Australia, Surinam, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, and Spain, reflecting the multicultural mix of the airline.

Emirates Cabin Crew hail from over 130 nationalities.

The airline’s 23,000 Cabin Crew have backgrounds that span hundreds of vocations, including opera singers, doctors, lawyers, engineers, and teachers, amongst other talents and professions.

Emirates has been supporting ChoirFest Middle East for the last two years.

ChoirFest is an annual festival in Dubai which celebrates the rich diversity of choral music in the region.
