Thai Airways Flight Experience: TG401 Bangkok to Singapore

Thai Airways evening flight, TG401, from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), on the Boeing 777-2D7 aircraft.

The highlights of this flight were the incredible lightning scenes as the aircraft flew over West Malaysia.

It was a comfortable ride to the airport by taxi.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is incredibly enchanting in the night, with its gentle lighting, and Thai-inspired architecture, which creates a soothing and relaxed environment.

The flight was not too full in Economy Class so I managed to get a row to myself by changing my seat after spotting an empty row by the window. The views of Thailand by night during the take-off were lovely. Throughout the flight, the Thai Airways cabin crew were very polite.
The dinner served was delicious. The cabin crew also offered a second drink during the meal service.

The touchscreen entertainment was nice and I enjoyed the movie “12 Years A Slave” very much.

However, I was blown away by the incredible views of lightning bolts during a tropical thunderstorm as we flew over West Malaysia.

It was a good flight with Thai Airways.
