Flight review of Emirates Boeing 777-300ER flight, EK405.
The flight originates from Melbourne, Australia, with a transit stop in Singapore before continuing on to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This review will cover the second sector from Singapore to Dubai.
It was a full flight with many passengers continuing from Melbourne. New passengers also boarded in Singapore.
The aircraft featured Emirates’ signature mood lighting effects, which creates a calming cabin ambience.
I felt very cramped in my window seat, which made the flight less comfortable. Light bites were served followed by breakfast on this almost 7 hours flight. The meals offered were savoury and enjoyable though the timing of breakfast service in the middle of this red-eye flight was rather odd.
The cabin crew were nice and friendly, typical of Emirates.
