Air New Zealand – Airpoints Mall – How it works

Earn Airpoints Dollars™ on your online purchases in six simple steps:

1- Browse the Airpoints mall and find a retailer you would like to purchase from

2- Then simply click on ‘Shop Now’ and you’ll then go through to the retailer’s website where you can complete your purchase as normal.

3- We will record the purchases you make from that retailer automatically and calculate how many Airpoints Dollars you’ve earned.

4- Your Airpoints Dollars will then appear in your Airpoints mall account as ‘pending’ within 5 working days. If your ‘pending’ Airpoints Dollars do not appear in your Airpoints mall account after 5 days, please contact us.

5- We will then validate your purchase with the retailer and update your account to show your Airpoints Dollars as ‘approved‘. It can take up to 30 days for a retailer to acknowledge and approve a purchase.

6- Once your purchase is ‘approved’ Airpoints Dollars will be credited into your Airpoints™ account within 24 hours.
